2010 Uk club meet?

I have the oppertunity if i can get enough people intrested to do a "club dyno shoot out" at a rolling road where i know the owner. i could always try to arrange this one weekend if people are intrested? will need to have 10+ cars turn up to make it better value for money (i think it will cost aprox £30-£50 each depending on how many turn up). And all that take part will get a print out of their cars "Dynamometer Chart"

If there is enough intrest ill sort out the costs ect.

A club dyno sounds interesting. Would it be part of a weekend meet or are you thinking of just meeting for a day ?

I'd come to a dyno run if I still have mine, wouldn't be looking at putting it on the rollers though as it's completely standard!

Hmm, standard cars would be intresting. Be a good way to see how the engine performs compared to the book, tbh last time i saw a 400 series standard on the roller it was an 18yr old 440 1.7 CARB! and it had only lost 2 bhp from it's 80ish (cant remeber the exact figure) with nearly 200k on the clock. Admitidly mine would be a different story been a richmodded turbo 440 it's quite good fun (just need to sort the rust!). But the autobox does much some amount of my power.

I was thinking of doing a 1 day meet but suppose it could be made a weekend with something else the second day?

iam up for either a 1 or 2 day meet, its all fun and games in the world of 480

Ok then sounds like people are intrested with the dyno idea, so hears the deal if i can get 10 (not including myself) people who are definatly intrested then ill sort out the meet! will post a rough price guide in a couple of days. Also if this goes ahead there is tea and coffee on tap!
